Mandy grew up on a row crop and livestock farm in southeastern North Dakota. She earned her bachelor’s degree in animal science with minors in ag business and agronomy from SDSU in 2016. Mandy began her appraisal career in 2014 and became fully certified in 2020.

Haylee grew up in O’Neill, Nebraska, where she was actively involved in agriculture from a young age. She gained hands-on experience working with both livestock and agriculture fostering a strong connection to rural life and land management. Haylee now works as an appraisal assistant with a Certified General Appraiser, where she supports the valuation of agricultural and rural properties. Her background in agriculture provides valuable insight into land use, production practices, and local market dynamics.

Director of Marketing

Chevelle grew up showing livestock and was actively involved in 4-H and FFA. She attends South Dakota State University, majoring in Agricultural Communications with minors in Animal Science and Digital & Social Media, along with a certificate in Graphic Design. Chevelle combines her agricultural background with a passion for photography and digital media.
